AcroYoga "Thai & Fly" Workshop -- a "Spooky Studio Nite" event

Calling all ancestors, spooks, and groovy ghouls!! 

Come join us for a fun-creative-therapeutic-filled Sierra Shanti "Spooky Studio Nite" on Halloween! 

We'll travel the spooky spectrum from death to rebirth, from reverent to refreshed as we gather together this Hallow's Eve & Dia De Los Muertos with AcroYoga and Sierra Shanti Yoga Studio! 

Come make "offerendas" or offerings on the altar to your ancestors and that part of yourself you wish to R.I.P "rest in peace". Get your alter-ego face painting on, DIY or we do you! DIY Day of the Dead altar making - all FREE pre-workshop happenings. Then drop-in to our therapeutic flying and Thai massage workshop ($30) with AcroYoga, no partner necessary/all levels welcome. End the nite of spooky affairs by trying our Witch's Brew, an adult-only punch, infused with tasty and delicious, therapeutic essential oils!

Trick or Treating Stop + Dia De Los Muertos face painting & DYI "Day of the Dead Altar" Making ((some creative supplies provided; please bring your own shoebox/pictures/alter items))

**8-10pm AcroYoga "Thai & Fly" Therapeutic Workshop ($30 Pre Registration Required)

No experience or partner needed, come learn therapeutic flying techniques and thai massage. Leave with an deeper understanding of AcroYoga/Thai Masage & and lay your flying fears to rest!

All are welcome to imbibe in an awesome "Prohibition Punch" of a boozy witch's brew and essential oils. :) 

This event is a creative therapeutic and exciting Halloween nite - all created with a yogi's soul in mind!
