Description:
Join Reiki Practitioners Lauren Robinson and Deborah Shubnell for a donation-based Earth Day Reiki Healing Event. Bring whatever you may need to lay down (or sit) comfortably for an extended period of time.
Bring an open mind and a willingness to receive! This reiki experience requires no physical touch.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words: Rei which translates to “universal” and Ki which translates into “life force energy”. Reiki itself is a Japanese technique used to enhance healing of the physical body, as well as the emotional, mental, and spiritual stares of the body.
Reiki is used frequently for
- stress reduction
- overall well-being & self-esteem
- increased recovery from illness or injury
Not only will you receive Reiki but on this special day but also you will be guided through a meditation in which we will collectively send our positive energy and gratitude to Mother Earth.
**OUTDOOR- This class will be located outside at the fairgrounds. Please bring a mask, your water bottle, and use the restroom beforehand, there will be no public restrooms available. Also, please arrive 10 mins early to find Lauren and settle in for class.
