Welcome to our All Around Vinyasa yoga class! In this class, we will focus on the fluidity of movement and breath, as we move through a variety of yoga postures.

Our vinyasa flow will incorporate a balanced blend of standing, seated, and reclined poses, as well as inversions and backbends to help you build strength and flexibility throughout your entire body.

Through mindful breathing and movement, we will also cultivate a sense of mental and emotional balance, allowing you to find a deeper connection between your mind, body, and spirit.

This class is suitable for all levels, as modifications and variations will be offered throughout the practice. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you will leave this class feeling energized, centered, and rejuvenated.
