Class Description:
This class is all about surrender. Easy, slow movements link passive postures we then hold for 2-5 minutes at a time. Come to let go and get comfortable in stillness.
This is a great option for those who want to open up areas of limited mobility, balance out an active day, or ease stress and anxiety. Bring your own props from home if you have them - 2 blocks, bolster, and a blanket.

  • $20 Drop-In or use your Class Pass or Monthly Unlimited Membership
  • First, purchase a pass, then register for class. You must have an active pass in order to register for class.

Online Zoom Class
  • Once you pre-register online you will receive an email with a Zoom link. You will receive another reminder with the link 20 minutes before class begins.  
  • All registrants will receive a copy of the class recording, valid for 7 days, regardless of if you are able to attend real-time. This means you can practice on your own time!

Lauren Robinson, Sierra Shanti Owner and Instructor, Wellness Retreat Leader & Gut Health Educator is dedicated to healing the mind, body and soul through creative movement and natural health solutions. Often, you'll catch her leading, active Prana Vinyasa Flow classes that invite rhythmic and dynamic movements into practice. Lauren has been leading Prana Vinyasa Flow classes since 2012 and only in the last few years has she rekindled her roots with Yin, a type of stretching she often did as a dancer growing up. Lauren leads with love and encourages students -- come, meet yourself where you are at, today.
