We'll move through accessible choreography, set to music, as we explore and express ourselves via a variety of shapes and movement quality.
All-levels welcome: no previous dance experience necessary.
This workshop features floor work as well as athletic, complex movement. Come prepared to move through your full range of mobility, and modify as needed
Wear: Comfortable, stretchy or loose-fitted stuff. Pants recommended (helps cushion our contact with the floor). Bare feet work, or a pair of thin socks.
