Restorative Ashtanga - ONLINE

**ONLINE REGISTRATION- Once you pre-register online you will receive an email with a Zoom link. You will receive another 20 minutes before class begins. Must have an active pass to pre-register for class. Please register a minimum of 30 minutes before your online class.

Restorative Ashtanga Class is a more gentle sequence to open up tight muscles and areas of tension. As we flow in this morning practice, be prepared to use props and modifications to ease the body in slower movement and relax the mind.
