This $500 non-refundable down payment officially reserves your spot for a transformative weekend of connection, rest, and rejuvenation. Space is highly limited, and submitting this deposit ensures you don't miss out.

By securing your spot, you are reserving access to:

• Daily Movement: Yoga sessions 2x daily to ground and restore your body.
• Nourishment: All-inclusive, freshly prepared in-house delicious vegetarian fare & desserts. 
• Relaxation: Exclusive access to our on-site massage therapist (note massage is additional, add-on service*) & hot tub under the stars 
• The Magic of Sedona: Stunning red rock views and deep natural healing with hiking nearby! 

Important Deposit Terms:

• This $500 payment is a strict non-refundable deposit required to hold your reservation.
• This down payment will be applied directly toward your total remaining balance.

💖How You Will Pay Your Remaining Balance: After purchasing this deposit pass, our team will email you to set up your final payment. You will have two options:

• Option 1: Pay in Full (No extra fees) – Pay your remaining balance in one simple invoice 
• Option 2: Easy Payment Plan – Split your remaining balance into two equal monthly installments. A small $40 one-time administrative fee will be added to your total to cover multiple transaction processing cost.

Remaining Balance Refunds If you have made payments toward your remaining balance (or paid in full) and need to cancel, refunds are determined by the date of your cancellation:

• Cancellation 60+ Days Before Retreat (Before Sept 12th): You will receive a 100% refund of any payments made beyond your $500 deposit.
• Cancellation 30–59 Days Before Retreat (Sept 13th – Oct 12th): You will receive a 50% refund of any payments made beyond your $500 deposit.
• Cancellation 0–29 Days Before Retreat (After Oct 15th): Strictly no refunds or credits will be given. At this point, all venue and catering costs are finalized and cannot be adjusted.
