Join us for a deeply restorative sound bowl meditation curated to help you ground, align, and release. Through the rich frequencies and harmonious resonance of a 7-piece crystal bowl set, you’ll be guided into a peaceful space of holistic healing and soothing the nervous system.

Etel has dedicated her life to holistic health and wellness. In addition to sound healing, Etel does Thai massage bodywork. She is passionate about the mountains, gardening, and yoga.
