Aerial Hammock Workshop - $30 Ticketed Event
Learn the art of aerial hammock/sling. The hammock is one continuous fabric, instead of two separate silks, allowing for more exploration of full flows and dance elements. This class incorporates aerial yoga, beginner- to intermediate-level skills, and an introduction to sequencing and performance.
Attire: Please wear close-fitting fabric that covers your torso and legs (no crop tops/exposed midriff). You may also wish to cover your arms with long sleeves. Long hair must be tied back and all earrings, watches, bracelets, rings, etc must be removed.
Prerequisites: None!
Space limited to 8 students.
Punchpass preregistration is required. Registration closes 30 before class begins.
