What is Reiki?

Reiki is a technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's life-force energy is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki helps us bring our bodies back into harmony.

Level 1 - Heal yourself:

Learn how to read your energy centers, tap into your intuition, and incorporate self-reiki + other energy healing modalities into your daily practice.

Level 2 - Heal others:

Deepen your connection with reiki by learning how to give healing to others, both in person or at a distance, whether you want to become a practitioner or just give to loved ones.
