Morning Mobility:

Morning mobility incorporates elements of flow and longer holds, always in conjunction with the breath, to increase mobility in the body. We will pay special attention to the spine and joint alignment as we begin to bring deeper range of motion into the body. This class has something for everyone, whether a new yogi or more advanced student. You will leave with more spaciousness in the body and mind, ready to tackle whatever your day brings!
