Class Description:
Sound baths with Amanda featuring the magic of crystal singing bowls!
As we progress through our lives we often accumulate and store trauma in our nervous systems that if not released can cause a disharmony in the body. Sound baths foster a supportive space for our deep relaxation and healing through the power of vibro-acoustics (sound that is felt not just heard).
Quartz crystal singing bowls create pure and powerful tones which act like a massage on our nervous systems allowing us to release traumas we didn't even realize we were holding. Shake loose that which has held you back from living out your most profound dreams.
No prior experience needed. Please bring anything you will need to lay on the floor for 45 minutes (yoga mat, pillow for behind the head or knees, etc) wear loose fitting cozy clothing and please be punctual so as not to disturb the sound space once created. Looking forward to spending an evening with you as we journey deeper into ourselves.
