This class is a fusion of Vinyasa flow (a rhythmic flow of postures) with Yin yoga (long held poses). We will move for approximately 30 minutes through flowing movements to build strength and balance. For about 30 minutes we find calm stillness to release tension from the body and mind. A balanced practice leading to a balanced you. No experience necessary.
