Breath-led flow followed by restorative yin practice

First we stoke the energy, then we melt. This class begins with an invigorating, breath-led flow designed to build strength, mobility, and maybe a little sweat. In the second half, we shift gears into deeply nourishing yin shapes, holding postures longer to unwind deeper, ease tired muscles, and invite stillness. More effort in the first half, more release in the second half. The perfect way to transition from a busy day into a calmer evening.
