Come embody freedom in this full-body flow, where we will dedicate our heat and practice to change. We will move through a variety of shapes, marinate in stillness, and notice how we take up space.

This class will be located outside. Please bring a mat and water bottle. We suggest arriving 10 mins early to find your teacher and settle in for class.
