Katie completed her Ashtanga & Hatha teacher training in Rishikesh, where she immersed herself in the birthplace of yoga, studying traditional philosophy, meditation, and breathwork. She remains a devoted student of the practice and is grateful for the opportunity to share what she’s learned with others.
Katie’s teaching blends the strength, rhythm, and breath-centered discipline of Ashtanga with the mindful presence and steadiness of Hatha, while weaving in somatic principles that invite students to move with awareness, notice sensation, and explore the powerful connection between physical movement and internal experience.
Her classes aim to cultivate strength, mobility, groundedness, and balance, helping students feel more spacious in body, steadier in mind, and more connected to themselves, both on and off the mat.
