Sunday, October 17th, 6 – 7 pm, The Root Chakra – Reclaiming our foundations – foundational practices 
This week we will go on a guided meditation into the Root Chakra. We will visit personal alignment tools for creating and evaluating our current core values. We will hold intention and reflect upon any beliefs, patterns, or emotions lodged into this energetic zone that we no longer desire to experience.

Sunday, October 24th, 6-7 pm, The Root Chakra – Conclusion and Embodiment Ceremony 
This week we will wrap up our discussions around the Root Chakra and enjoy an energy Journey to relax, restore, and connect. Lay down and take in the sound of voice and drum by candlelight as we walk through the energetic world within. Intention setting and cleansing will also be part of our “returning to within” ceremony. We will conclude this powerful energy zone with knowledge of how to self-align, give presence and acknowledgment to this sacred life-sustaining energy zone. Each chakra section will include a workbook for you to use. At the end of the seven-month sessions you will have a complete reference booklet to help you within your own chakra journey through life.

My story started in the red soil of Sedona, Arizona. The fiery intensity of the Southwest and the high energetic vibrations of this land fused into my core at the age of seven and then returning close to five decades later. It has been a full circle. The land that created my deepest wounds had also cared for and held me as I stepped into my purpose and the agreement that I made with myself for this lifetime.

Sometimes I just sit back and laugh at how many twists and turns brought me here and also how rocky my journey was. I now see clearly the illusions I lived by and the addiction to suffering in this life that kept me repeating negative patterns.

Energy has always been an expression that I connect with. Even as a small child the frequency of the plants, animals, and music was a constant in my life. In elementary school, I was making my own makeup from the rich red iron oxidize dirt and juniper berries. I would talk to the cattle in my backyard through telepathy and feel like I was having conversations with them. I would play in trees, and imagine my home was built of rocks. Nature was and still is the theme in my life.

The land was simple and ancient feeling in those early years of my life. Sedona was the backdrop to an intense childhood - and the source for my biggest pains.

The trauma wound with my father and mother started when I was nine years old with their divorce. The story of self-isolation, the why questions, feeling alone, bored, and abandoned took hold — deeply.

I can think clearly back now and see that deep abandonment wound was started with my father leaving, and then solidified with my mother giving away my best friend and adventure companion - Petra my black lab. Those moments created a ripple throughout my life that caused so many energetic blockages and threads to be re-ignited with the subtle opportunity to unravel the storyline and it took me forty-plus years to see it though.

Wow, awareness is a powerful tool for growth.

That core wound would be the thread through all of my life and relationships. I learn the most through relationships - romantic, and familial as they have been powerful teachers for me.

My trip around this planet has been painful, healing, profound, and all of the contrast one can experience. I have endured multiple relationship betrayals, my parent’s passings, trauma with my brother, and the rejection I felt from love caused me to look closer and step into my pain finding the path to self-love, embodiment, and peace.

I became a life coach when I was living in Thailand for several months. When arriving back in the states and during a healing year and a half I found myself in a mirror journey with my beloved - a spiritual awakening happened on a much deeper level than I had previously known. This was the catalyst for a purification process and the most profound teacher that knocked me to my knees and forced me to make some new choices in my life.

The self-work went deeper. The illusions disappeared. I stepped more fully into my life. I feel energy different. 

I focus and specialize in Chakra health and the powerful shadow and light that we can align with. Core values and finding our personal alignment for our full embodiment in our human expression. My learnings and teachings over the past ten years in energy healing, Shamanic practices, life coaching, mindfulness, and forgiveness practices all molding together in the unique offering that I offer.

I have been manifesting for three years a tiny home in the beautiful energies of the Sierra Nevada. This September, my vision became a physical manifestation in which I could step fully into the experience I had been asking to explore.

I am offering my guidance and experience around energy health and transition to the beautiful community that I now get the pleasure of being a part of.
