Class Description:
Begin or deepen your Ashtanga practice. A fixed sequence of poses fosters a deeper sense of connection with your body and a focus on the breath. While Ashtanaga is generally thought of as physically demanding style of yoga, learn to adjust the practice to your needs and body, and watch the growth over time.

Shelby began taking gymnastics at the tender age of 3 and competed as a level 10 through her high school career. She coached competitive gymnastics for an additional six years before beginning her yoga journey. Shelby practices ashtanga yoga now as well as partner acrobatics, hand balancing, and acro yoga.
