Introduction to Inversions
$12 ~ In Studio
No prerequisites required. Learn form and technique to begin safely adding inversions to your yoga practice. We will work on strengthening and engage the muscles necessary to feel comfortable upside down. Focus will be on headstands and beginning drills and conditioning for handstands.

Shelby began taking gymnastics at the tender age of 3 and competed as a level 10 through her high school career. She coached competitive gymnastics for an additional six years before beginning her yoga journey. Shelby practices ashtanga yoga now as well as partner acrobatics, hand balancing, and acro yoga.
