Class Description: 
Find Balance with this 30 minutes Sound Breathing and Meditation class. 

Using techniques including sound purification, concentration, meditation and pranayama  to clear your mind, balance your nervous system, improve sleep and overall relaxation. 

Start your day with the power of yoga from the comfort of your own home before you head out for your busy day.

Price:
  • $18 Drop-In or use your Class Pass or Monthly Unlimited Membership
  • First, purchase a pass, then register for class. You must have an active pass in order to register for class.

Online Zoom Class:
  • Once you pre-register online you will receive an email with a Zoom link. You will receive another reminder with the link 20 minutes before class begins.
 
All registrants will receive a copy of the class recording, valid for 7 days, regardless of if you are able to attend real-time. This means you can practice on your own time!

Bio
Romina has dedicated her life to the arts of yoga and body work. She has studied and practiced different styles including: Yoga therapy, hot yoga, Yoga psychology , Tantra and Bhakti.
Her mission is to inspire  students and clients to live a healthy vibrant life through movement, stillness and self-care.
