Class Description: 
In the first half of class explore functional flexibility and mobility through active movements and sequencing. Then enjoy some passive postures as we begin to unwind, decompress and recover from our practice and the day.This class is great for all levels of yogis--from new practitioners to seasoned yogi's looking to find new levels of depth in their practice. 

In-Studio Class:

  • Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 30 minutes prior to class time.

Online Zoom Class:


·  Once you pre-register online you will receive an email with a Zoom link. You will receive another reminder with the link 20 minutes before class begins. 

·  All registrants will receive a copy of the class recording, valid for 7 days, regardless of if you are able to attend real-time. This means you can practice on your own time!

Bio: After a decade of practicing yoga, Matthew decided he wanted to share with others the physical and mental benefits he had gained through his practice. While living in North Carolina, Matt received his YT-200 certification from Bella Vita Yoga.

Both Hatha and Vinyasa styles influence Matt’s teaching techniques in which an emphasis is placed on alignment and mobility. These are skills that we can carry into our daily lives and other recreational activities. In class, Matt aims to help others find space both in their physical bodies as well as in their minds to help counteract the routines of daily life that often leave us feeling strained and worn out.
