Description
This class is a gentle yoga practice designed to help you wake up and start your day feeling refreshed and energized. We will begin with a few sun salutations to warm up our bodies and minds, followed by a series of poses that focus on stretching and opening up the spine. We will also incorporate some breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to help you calm your mind and prepare for the day ahead.
Online Zoom Class
· Once you Pre-register online you will receive an email with a Zoom link. You will receive another reminder with the link 20 minutes before class begins.
· All registrants will receive a copy of the class recording, valid for 7 days, regardless of if you are able to attend real-time. This means you can practice on your own time!
Bio
Diana : I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and fell in love with the Anusara philosophy and style in Las Vegas in the early 2000’s. I completed my 200-hour Anusara teacher training with Keric Morinaga in Los Angeles in 2017 and have been teaching ever since. As a school psychologist and rock climber, I enjoy incorporating my yoga practice into my life and work for the well-being of myself and the community in the beautiful Owens Valley.
Tiffany: Tiffany is a teacher to her core. She’s been practicing yoga for 20 years (since her teens) and also fell in love with classroom teaching in her 20’s. She decided to combine her two life passions by becoming a yoga teacher and completed Kelley Doyle’s 100 hour Prana Vinyasa Teacher Training through Samudra School of Yoga in 2014. Since then, Tiffany has been living yoga and teaching yoga on the East Side, enjoying guiding others in their own mindful embodiment journey. She has found that a dedicated yoga practice leads her on her own personal path to healing, strength, contentment and peace. Off the mat, Tiffany is a proud wife, and mother to three.
Her classes are active, vibrant and full of challenge and joy!
