Class Description:
Mobility Recovery

A combination of yin and mobility work, this low-intensity class is designed to increase blood flow, improve joint support, and provide muscle healing. The class offers a combination of unique movement patterns as well as passive recovery poses that aim to enhance overall musculoskeletal integration with less restriction and discomfort. By moving freely with ease through the full range of motion within the joints, you will develop better control of proper joint movement, improved flexibility, and lower risk for injuries.

Price : $20 drop in or class pass/membership 

Online Zoom Class:
  •   Once you pre-register online you will receive an email with a Zoom link. You will receive another reminder with the link 20 minutes before class begins. 
  •   All registrants will receive a copy of the class recording, valid for 7 days, regardless of if you are able to attend real-time. This means you can practice on your own time!

In-Studio Class:
  •     Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 30 minutes prior to class time.
