Class Description:
This class combines principles of Chinese Medicine with yoga asana to unwind your physical, mental and emotional bodies. Done mostly on the floor, we dive deep into a few selected postures and into your inner world and you will learn acupressure points for self-care

Online Zoom Class
All registrants will receive a copy of the class recording, valid for 7 days, regardless of if you are able to attend real-time. This means you can practice on your own time!
Bio
Romina has dedicated her life to the arts of yoga and body work. She has studied and practiced different styles including: Yoga therapy, hot yoga, Yoga psychology , Tantra and Bhakti.
Her mission is to inspire students and clients to live a healthy vibrant life through movement, stillness and self-care.
