Class Description:
Join a flow class that encourages using a consistent, luxurious cadence of breath and linking movement to breath in an intelligently sequenced, alignment-based practice. You choose your experience of the practice - we can be accessible and mellow and strong and deep, but we will always aim to be steady, consistent and absolutely un-rushed. Perfect for beginners and for experienced practitioners who want to slow down, drop in and access a deeper experience of familiar asanas by moving slowly and mindfully.
All levels class, great for beginners.

First, purchase a pass, then register for class. You must have an active pass in order to register for class.
Online Zoom Class
Once you pre-register online you will receive an email with a Zoom link. You will receive another reminder with the link 20 minutes before class begins.
All registrants will receive a copy of the class recording, valid for 7 days, regardless of if you are able to attend real-time. This means you can practice on your own time!
Bio:
Naomi Hart Johnson is a teacher who committed to working with others to develop a deeper relationship with yoga. With her RYT200 from YogaWorks, Naomi places great importance on alignment, care, strength and connecting with the practice of yoga on a level that goes beyond the physical and that students can take off the mat and into their lives.
Special interests include pre-natal yoga, working with young people and working with climbers and outdoor athletes to nurture a healthy yoga practice to help you inhabit your body with an open heart and mind and improve mental focus.
