This class will draw on the Ashtanga series, a fiery, set sequence of postures centered around coordinating breath with movement.
You will learn both the "traditional" sequence and short forms, with deep dives and detours along the way to explore what we can refine.
Originally called the "Ashtanga Vinyasa" method, this style is often attributed as the "mother style" of power and flow yoga. While rigorous, this practice is ideal for those new to yoga and the advanced practitioner alike.

· First, purchase a pass, then register for class. You must have an active pass in order to register for class.
In-Studio Class:
Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 30 minutes prior to class time.
Online Zoom Class
· Once you pre-register online you will receive an email with a Zoom link. You will receive another reminder with the link 20 minutes before class begins.
· All registrants will receive a copy of the class recording, valid for 7 days, regardless of if you are able to attend real-time. This means you can practice on your own time!
