This class is short, sweet, and maybe a little sweaty. This Ashtanga inspired flow will move through a few Sun Salutations before linking standing and balance postures through interesting transitions. We may also get into some strength training and arm balances before ending the class with some seated postures and finally Savasana. This quick lunchtime flow will help shake off the midday sleepies and energize you for the rest of your day.

·  $20 Drop-In or use your Class Pass or Monthly Unlimited Membership
·  First, purchase a pass, then register for class. You must have an active pass in order to register for class.

In-Studio Class:

Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 30 minutes prior to class time.


Online Zoom Class

·  Once you pre-register online you will receive an email with a Zoom link. You will receive another reminder with the link 20 minutes before class begins. 

·  All registrants will receive a copy of the class recording, valid for 7 days, regardless of if you are able to attend real-time. This means you can practice on your own time!
