Barre Class: Sculpt and Tone Your Body

Get ready for a fun and challenging workout that will leave you feeling toned and energized!

This barre class is a low-impact, high-intensity workout that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. We'll use small, isometric movements to target all your major muscle groups, helping you build strength, improve flexibility, and increase your endurance.

Here's what you can expect:

  • A full-body workout: We'll target your legs, core, arms, and back with a variety of exercises.
  • Low-impact, high-intensity: This class is easy on your joints but will still get your heart rate up.

Price

· $20 Drop-In or use your Class Pass or Monthly Unlimited Membership
·  First, purchase a pass, then register for class. You must have an active pass in order to register for class.

In-Studio Class:

Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 30 minutes prior to class time.


Online Zoom Class

·  Once you pre-register online you will receive an email with a Zoom link. You will receive another reminder with the link 20 minutes before class begins. 

·  All registrants will receive a copy of the class recording, valid for 7 days, regardless of if you are able to attend real-time. This means you can practice on your own time!
