This class will introduce you to the basics of aerial hoop (lyra). You will develop your flexibility, strength, and static and spinning shapes through the introduction of beginner-level sequencing.
Dress code: Close-fitting clothing that allows for movement. Leggings and covered midriff are strongly recommended. Long hair should be pulled back and jewelry must be removed before class.
Prerequisite: No experience necessary.
Class maximum 8 students. Pre-registration required.
