Solar Prana Vinyasa 60 minute classes are intended to give you a challenging, activating, yet accessible workout. These classes will include a variety of standing poses, basic balances, back bends, twists and a good amount of strength building poses. Each class will be slightly different, depending on the teacher's unique style. You can count on an active class, ending with a blissful and well deserved savasana to get you ready to face the day ahead.
