This talk will travel from the 5 Platonic shapes and there inner connections, to the 13 Archimedean solids that helps you to integrate the spirits of all elements: Water, Air, Earth, Fire and Ether. We will bring the shapes into connection with Stellar Radiance.
After the talk we will take time to breathe with the geometry by a short meditation: to feel the shapes, embrace then and invite then into our physical body.
