Join Reiki Master Teacher, author and artist, Pina Tripodi, for a magical, healing weekend!
Reiki was the catalyst that started my journey into self-healing and empowerment.
LEVEL 1
Reiki 1 is all about learning how to give healing to yourself. Before we can help others, we must learn how to take care of ourselves. By healing ourselves, we are able to be present as our best most inspired, balanced, selves which then naturally spreads to others.
In this class, you will:
- learn what Reiki is and how to use it in your everyday life
- the history of the Usui Reiki Lineage
- the reiki symbols & principles
- learn how to use reiki to heal yourself from the energetic blockages that cause pain, anxiety, stress, and dis-ease in the body
- leave with an in depth understanding of the chakra system and various ways to heal the energy body
- how to use crystals, mantras, plant medicine, oracle cards, & pendulums as tools for healing
- learn how to tap into your intuition & be confident in your ability to make decisions
- activate your sacral chakra by creating a unique painting using chakra healing colors and mantras
- participate in a reiki attunement ceremony that includes a chakra balancing meditation and hands-on reiki healing
- receive a reiki practitioner manual and an official Reiki Practitioner Certificate, with the option to participate in Level 2 (giving reiki to others)
Prerequisite: None! We all have the ability to tune into this inner power.
Energetic Investment: $250 (or $400 for Level 1 + 2)
Pina Tripodi is a Reiki Master Teacher, yoga instructor, & artist who inspires healing, creativity, community, and empowerment in adults and children of all ages. With a Masters degree in Education, and after spending nearly a decade as a Special Education teacher, Pina has always been passionate about building authentic relationships, meeting people where they are at, and helping them shine. After moving to California 4 years ago, she embarked on a journey of self-healing, and is thrilled to be living her purpose through her business, Peaceful by Pina. She uses her creative and intuitive nature to help others tap into their own power by teaching reiki, and leading women's circles & mentorship programs.
